Do 20 PushUps, 20 Lying Down Leg Raises, 20 Jump Squats, 20 Mountain Climbers, 20 Lying Down Leg Raises, 20 Lunge Jumps - and repeat!


So do 3-4 Rounds for time.


How fast can you go while still keeping in perfect form?


How to:

PushUps - or make it harder and throw in a jump feet and hands off the ground as you push yourself up away from the floor.
