Turn Your Body Into A Fat Burning Machine: Motivations
To your body into a fat burning machine, it's got to start with the mind - your mind. It's a choice - from food to working out.
How do you get yourself to strive for a fit body? What encourages you? Motivates you? What's going to stop you from overeating or skipping your workout?
Always remember WHY you want to eat with self-control and WHY you want to look good and feel good.
Focus on your mind - that's where the power is to choose.
Who's in control of your mind? You or that other little voice that creeps inside your head (thoughts of negativity, discouragement, doubt, fear).
Choose to think positively and encouragingly of yourself. Would you not do that for someone else? Why not do it for yourself?
Love yourself first, then you have more love to give to others.
