This one is a super long workout, but that's because my friend and I are doing around an hour of working out every Tuesday and Thursday, because we have set aside that time to do so.
But if you absolutely cannot set aside an hour out of your hectic day, then do this workout in a 20 minute AMRAP (so you would do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes) OR your goal is to complete just 1 Round for time - as fast as you can!
