What is your addiction?

Let's face it, the sweet tooth is just not going away.

Addiction?

Sugary, sweet stuff or salty stuff or chocolate or racing heart after a hard exercise?

Yep! I like all of them.

Do I need to cut back on the sweet stuff?

 YES!

Otherwise, how bad do you really want it?







So next time you reach for that treat, think about what you really want in the long run.

Why tomorrow? Why not today? Why not stop indulging today and save that treat for once a week? And why not stop yourself from eating more than one? What's wrong with that?

Find a different alternative to fix what is troubling you and causing you to feel like you need more when you are not even hungry. Find a healthy addiction that your body and mind will love and not want to complain about after it's done.

Let your reward be achieving what your body was made to be able to become!
