HWS 16 - Show Me Your Strength

Full Body Workout. push-up centered workout challenge. 

Push-Up Shoulder Tap is one of the push-up variations that will be done, like in the image below.

Let's do this!

Did you know that in the military you could do up to 200 push-ups in one day? Perhaps even more??

This workout is set for 2 Rounds as fast as you can and you will have completed 120 reps.

This workout took me exactly 32 minutes.

My next challenge is to do 4 Rounds as fast as possible, so that I will have done 240 push-ups total.
