Hannah'sHeroShred 2 - Don't Be Afraid to Sweat

Getting stronger, by challenging your muscles burns more calories after your workout.

This is the workouts (like all of my workouts' gaol) is - to get total-body strengthening to eyed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you're resting as well as during the workout. ;)



This time challenge took me 30:30 minutes

Advanced - Do 3 Rounds

20 Pike push-up
30 Cross-Body Mt Climbers
 40 L Side Elevated Lunge Jumps
40 R Side Elevated Lunge Jumps
30 Jack Squats
20 Plank Jacks
3 minute Jump Rope



Intermediate - Do 3 Rounds

10 Pike push-up
20 Cross-Body Mt Climbers
 30 L Side Elevated Lunge Jumps
30 R Side Elevated Lunge Jumps
20 Jack Squats
10 Plank Jacks
2 minute Jump Rope


Beginner - D 3 Rounds

5 Pike push-up
10 Cross-Body Mt Climbers
 20 L Side Elevated Lunge Jumps
20 R Side Elevated Lunge Jumps

1 minute Jump Rope
