Hannah'sWarriorShred - No Time Workout IIII (3-5 minute AMRAP - or even 6 or 9 or 10 minutes)

3-5 minute AMRAP challenge
Or even go for longer. How much time are you willing to spend on your body today?

Workout:
10 Lunges
5 PushUps
10 Boat-ups
REPEAT for 3-5 minute or even 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 or 10 minutes.

How To:


Lunge


Push-up



Boat-Ups - keep your back straight, knees together, chest up, shoulders back and down as you lean back with your upper and lower body parallel with the ground but not touching the ground, then come back up (keeping back straight) bend your knees in toward your chest like you are going to hug them  = 1 rep
