MONDAY'S Short-On-Time 10min Intervals Workout

My day is disappearing way to fast! 

I can so far squeeze in a quick intense 10min workout between jobs...



10min of Intervals Workout:

1min Push-Ups
1min Squats
1min Dumbbell Swing
1min Shoulder Press
1min Jack Squats
1min Pull-Ups
40sec Weighted V-Ups
20sec Plank
40sec Weighted V-Ups
20sec Plank
1min Downward Dog (yoga pose)
1min Plank
