THURSDAY'S TOUGH: Legs n Butt Circuit Training

I did not want to workout this afternoon but I gently and kindly forced myself.



Warm-Up:
4 Rounds
12 Romanian Lunges
12 Lunge Jumps
12 Weighted Squats

Step-Up 12min AMRAP
20 Single-Arm KB Swings
20 Push-ups 
20 Squat Jumps
20 Weighted V-Ups

MMA Cardio Blast-Off:
4min Rounds 3 times.
