Hi! Welcome to the blog for my HIIT, CrossFit@Home, MMA, Tabata and Yoga inspired workouts, as well as my "Remmington Pirates" book series (which is of the action-adventure, thriller, historical, romance kind). AND for me to sell you my editing/proofreading skills (check my page at the top for further info!).

Oh! And who knows what else I might post!

Maybe I'm a little obsessed with researching what-have-you and traveling to 1700s&other eras! And making the plot so complicated and complex and exciting, it makes your head and my head spin trying to sort it out. Eh, life is not smooth sailing so...

Thanks to my friends' encouragement to hurry up and finish the pirate book series so they can read it! I won't let them down!
