WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: Ab Circuit Training

This workout took me about an hour to do, but depending on your fitness level it may take you more of less time.







Warm-Up: 4 Rounds

25 Push-Ups
25 Jack Squats



Cardio: 8 Rounds

4min of MMA (or running or biking or whatever cardio you prefer)



Ab Strengthening: 4 Rounds

20 Leg Lifts
12 Weighted V-Ups
1min Planks
